pleasant stay but issues with the room
The breakfast selection impressed us greatly with fresh ingredients and a delicious variety. The garden view from our room was relaxing and added to the stay's overall enjoyment. The staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed assistance.
The room had noticeable water damage that detracted from our experience.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed watching the UEFA Champions League games. The food was perfect for our group, especially the tasty burgers. Just a heads up, breakfast timing can be tricky, so plan ahead for that.
One annoying experience was when the service at the bar was a bit off. I waited too long to order snacks and was told rudely that the kitchen had closed. Not a good way to wrap up the night.

The Cross Keys had a great atmosphere, and I appreciated the friendly staff, particularly Jess, who was incredibly helpful. the check-in was a bit slow, and there was an unfortunate issue with the breakfast timing, leaving us rushing for our cab. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay at this charming inn. The dog-friendly courtyard room was spot-on for our family, and the boutique decor added a touch of elegance. Breakfast was fabulous, with fresh options that everyone enjoyed.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use a safety handle for older guests. A heads-up about steps would also help families with littles and dogs.

A central location made accessing local shops and parks a breeze. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated the super comfy beds. the room was shabby, with a light shade hanging off and visible cables. Breakfast was limited to standard options, which felt basic compared to nearby establishments. Considering the price, it fell short of expectations.

The family room was spacious and really clean. We had a nice big bed and a Dyson fan, which helped a lot during the hot nights. The only downside was that it got pretty warm, even with the fan running. The reception was sometimes unmanned, which was a bit annoying, but the staff were generally super helpful when we needed anything. it was a comfy spot for a night.
